A Colombian, a German, and a New Yorker… no, not the beginning of a joke, but the background of our CFO/COO. Nicole has a rich and diverse heritage that brings strength and perseverance to her role. She is the perfect balance of passion and caution. Her decades long career in tech is an asset to all aspects of our team. Our kaleidoscope, a mixture of many different things, but grounded at the core makes her an insightful financial leader. She loves her dogs and nature.

Vaughn brings passion to his profession of over 35 years. He is dedicated to his vision of software improvement and innovation. He proves this commitment to his fellow developers in the work he has championed on Domain-Driven Design, Reactive systems, and simplicity. In the midst of objects, he seeks to enhance the quality of 間 (Ma). At heart an introvert, he prefers the quiet solitude of a deep thinker. Yet, his insightful, progressive thinking drives him to continue to push himself and his craft. He leads with his intellect but also with a lot of heart. He enjoys art, soccer/Fußball/fútbol/futebol, and prog rock.

A leader and a team player, Jamie, our CEO, is not afraid of work. Her insight and love of people are her core. Her varied background is a breath of fresh air and one that helps her understand the needs of the business. She can relate to stakeholders having been one herself on multiple occasions. Her executive leadership experience brings strength of resolve and drive to the projects she is involved in. She is knowledgeable about wine and food, something we all benefit from!
